Job Description
M-KOPA Nigeria is seeking a Sales Executive for the Sagamu 3 territory in Ogun State. You'll lead a field team of Direct Sales Representatives — recruiting, training, coaching, and driving them toward targets that deliver real financial inclusion. M-KOPA is scaling from 7 million toward 10 million customers across Africa.

Requirements
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Established expertise in recruiting, coaching, and leading field-based sales teams
- Proven ability to design and execute territory-level sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to operate in the field across communities and manage a distributed DSR network
- Strong accountability and performance mindset
Responsibilities
- Monitor DSR performance consistently against M-KOPA standards
- Manage DSR inventory and resolve audit recommendations in line with company guidelines
- Design and execute the sales and marketing strategy for the Sagamu 3 territory
- Set direction for weekly, monthly, and quarterly target achievement
- Monitor and analyse performance of marketing campaigns in the territory
- Deliver and exceed sales targets across the territory
- Report to the Regional Manager
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise a field-based team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) in the Sagamu 3 territory
