The Sales and Onboarding Executive role at Moove Ghana is a pivotal position responsible for driving company growth by acquiring and onboarding new customers. This role combines the skills of a dynamic salesperson and a meticulous onboarding specialist. The Sales and Onboarding Executive will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present Moove's innovative solutions, while leading the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition for drivers as they adopt the platform. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or marketplace experience in the mobility or tech industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field such as sales, marketing, operations, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Must be customer service-centric.
  • Must possess basic administration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 100% satisfaction and in-person support to drivers.
  • Walk drivers through onboarding and all tools needed to be successful.
  • Help build the Moove brand and get drivers excited about the platform.
  • Stay on top of Moove policies and procedures.
  • Register new drivers and review accurate driver information while ensuring compliance with Moove standards.
  • Welcome and greet customers and accurately describe Moove product features and benefits to drivers.
  • Ensure all onboarded drivers are transferred to the Moove Fleet account.
  • Resolve driver-related issues.
  • Work with the City Fleet Manager in building harmonious relations with drivers.
  • Build driver funnel dashboard for new driver acquisition across various channels.
  • Manage driver referral and incentive schemes.
  • Manage driver agency relationships to ensure they meet company KPIs.
