Strategic Oversight: Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including Sorting Centers, First Mile, and Last Mile delivery networks. Operational Excellence: Drive KPIs related to delivery speed, cost-per-package, and success rates while maintaining world-class safety standards. Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of managers and operators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Process Innovation: Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Commercial, IT, and Finance teams to align logistics capacity with business growth forecasts. Proven Experience: 7+ years in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (E-commerce or FMCG experience is a major plus). Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable operational strategies.
