Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an enterprise network support role
- Deep knowledge of FortiGate firewall and core switch management
- Advanced knowledge of BGP, VPN, SD-WAN, and QoS technologies
- Proven skills in advanced networking design and maintenance services
- Compulsory: Minimum FortiGate NSE4 certification
- NSE5 (Network Security Analyst) certification preferred
- A+, N+, and Server+ certifications required
- Formalized technical industry certifications (FortiGate NSE 4 / NSE 5)
- Degree in an IT-related field is beneficial
- Specialization in Networking and Systems Administration
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure firewalls (FortiGate) and Secure Connectivity on SD-WAN
- Deploy and maintain network security devices across the estate
- Design, implement, and maintain network and firewall infrastructure
- Deploy and manage branch SD branch network architecture
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for network systems
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure network security and efficiency
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices
- Monitor network performance and proactively address issues
