Job Description
M-KOPA is looking for a Senior People Partner – Commercial to join the Kenya People team as the company scales from 7 million to 10 million customers. This role will build talent infrastructure that drives Africa's financial inclusion revolution, partnering with Kenya's commercial leadership to attract, develop, and retain the talent that empowers millions of customers. You'll support operations ranging from the smartphone assembly facility to field operations managing 35,000 agents.

Requirements
- Proven track record designing people strategies that drive measurable business results
- Deep knowledge of Kenyan labour law and HR compliance
- Experience in change management and organisational development at scale
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience supporting large field or commercial teams is an advantage
