Requirements

5–8 years of product management experience with at least 2 years at senior level owning a full product line
Proven track record defining and executing product strategy delivering measurable business outcomes
Deep expertise in product discovery methods: opportunity solution trees, assumption mapping, rapid prototyping
Strong B2B product experience in fintech, payments, or enterprise SaaS
Advanced analytical capabilities including experiment design and statistical analysis
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead the full discovery cycle from opportunity identification through assumption testing to validated solutions
Define and communicate a clear product strategy grounded in market insights, customer evidence, and business objectives
Champion the empowered product team model, ensuring the team owns meaningful problems and is accountable for results
Collaborate with peer PMs and engineering leads to identify dependencies and shared platform opportunities
Build deep trust with senior stakeholders, commercial teams, and key customers
Design product-level OKR frameworks that cascade from company objectives
Mentor and coach junior PMs, modelling strong discovery habits and outcome-oriented thinking
