Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Product Management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in agile development environments and familiarity with Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office suite.
- English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Lead the development of product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to execute product initiatives.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
- Manage the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and plan sprints and releases.
- Define key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success.
- Conduct experiments, A/B tests, and usability studies to drive iterative improvements.
- Communicate product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders including executives and customers.
- Lead the development of product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities
- Drive consensus among stakeholders and ensure alignment on product direction and priorities
