About the Role As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are a strategic partner to Careem’s leadership, driving the end-to-end (360) recruitment lifecycle for complex, high-impact roles across our diverse business verticals. This role requires a deep, hands-on understanding of the Gulf recruitment landscape, specifically within KSA and Jordan. You operate with high autonomy, providing expert guidance to Hiring Managers and proactively identifying talent trends to ensure Careem remains the employer of choice in the region.What You’ll Do Strategic Partnering: Act as a talent consultant for senior stakeholders. Regional Sourcing Mastery: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build a sustainable pipeline of top-tier talent within the GCC and Levant markets, navigating the specific challenges of local hiring regulations and cultural expectations. Hiring Manager Coaching: Educate and influence Hiring Managers on interview best practices, diversity & inclusion, and candidate experience. Data-Driven Insights: Independently run and analyze operational reports (via Greenhouse) to provide stakeholders with data-backed updates on recruit
