Vos missions:
En tant que Senior Consultant ServiceNow spécialisé en ITOM, vous interviendrez sur :
L’implémentation et l’optimisation des modules IT Operations Management (ITOM)
Le déploiement des modules clés : Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping
L’intégration de ServiceNow avec des outils tiers de monitoring et de gestion d’infrastructure
L’analyse des besoins clients et la proposition de solutions adaptées
L’accompagnement des clients dans un contexte Nearshore, en interaction directe
Le conseil et l’amélioration continue des processus IT

Responsibilities
- Profil recherché
- Formation Bac+5 (école d’ingénieurs ou équivalent universitaire)
- Minimum 4 ans d’expérience sur ServiceNow
- Expertise confirmée sur ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- Expérience dans l’intégration avec des systèmes de monitoring et d’infrastructure tiers
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à interagir directement avec les clients
- Excellent relationnel et sens du service
- Bonne communication en français et en anglais (écrit et oral)
- Certifications CSA et CIS-ITOM obligatoires
- Certification CIS-SM (Service Mapping) fortement souhaitée
