Role Summary As a Sr. Manager People & Culture Business Partner, this role involves closely partnering with our stakeholders (Business Leaders) to support their organizational needs. It combines strategic, operational and innovative aspects – you never know what new initiatives you might be working on in the upcoming quarter! We’re looking for someone flexible, creative, and resourceful to navigate the many challenges ahead, with the autonomy to make things happen. This role will be pivotal in managing the people strategy and end-to-end employee lifecycle for Restaurant business vertical, Quick Commerce vertical and Support Functions (total of ~ 500 HC Head Office employees and ~3000 + HC Stores Staff) ensuring seamless execution of People strategies and positive employee experience. This role leads a team of 4* Senior Specialists and serves as an active member of the Egypt P&C Leadership Team, contributing to key strategic discussions beyond assigned verticals and playing a pivotal role in shaping the overall P&C strategy in partnership with the P&C Director for Egypt. Responsibilities

  • What did we order?
  • 10+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on HR business partnering.
  • Experience in e-commerce, Quick commerce, Fintech, FMCG and Retail is preferred.
  • Previous Experience working in a Factory / Warehouse environment is a plus.
  • Exposure to Talent and Reward functions is a plus.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence senior levels .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisions.
  • Lead the development and execution of the People & Culture strategy across three key business lines: Restaurants, Quick Commerce, and Support Functions. Assess and analyze local workforce needs to design tailored, impactful people initiatives that foster a culture of growth and high-performing talent.
  • Serve as a key advisor on all people-related matters, facilitating employee relations and conflict resolution. Foster an inclusive work environment by enhancing communication channels between management and employees.
  • Own and execute the Manpower Plan for designated business lines, working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders to address hiring needs efficiently.
  • Manage the full spectrum of talabat’s talent management process, including performance evaluations, promotions, compensation reviews, critical talent identification and succession planning initiative
