M-KOPA is looking for a Stock Controller to join their Retail Department at the Circle location in Accra, Ghana. You will manage inventory, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee shop operations at this depot location. This role is at the frontline of M-KOPA's retail operations, ensuring smooth inventory flow and world-class customer experiences across Ghana.

Requirements
- Entry-level position — no prior experience required
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in any field from a recognised university
- Multitasking abilities and strong organisational skills
- Team player with collaboration skills
- Computer literacy and comfort with technology systems
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Reliability and punctuality for early morning operations (available before 8:00 am)
- Ability to follow established procedures and policies
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily stock counts by scanning available IMEIs and sharing results with the audit team for reconciliation
- Allocate stock to M-KOPA DSRs each day and follow up to retrieve allocated devices
- Ensure inventory is securely stored in appropriate lockers or store areas
- Receive stock from the main warehouse within expected timelines and return stock promptly when required
- Adhere to established stock management policies
- Assist customers with the upgrade process during shop visits
- Resolve customer inquiries in person and log them in the system
- Escalate concerns that cannot be resolved to the responsible team
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and clutter-free shop environment
- Report to the Regional Retail Team Leader
