Job Description
The products that change lives don't move themselves. Someone has to make sure every unit is accounted for.
M-KOPA has connected 7 million customers across Africa to smartphones, solar energy, and financial services — most of them for the very first time. We've unlocked over $2 billion in credit for people who never had access to formal financial products, and 86% of our customers say their quality of life has genuinely improved. That kind of scale doesn't happen without operational precision at every level — and the stock room is no exception.
We're on a deliberate path to 10 million customers, and Sekondi is part of that story. We're looking for a Stock Controller who understands that accurate inventory isn't just a numbers exercise — it's what keeps products flowing to the people who need them most
Job Purpose
To ensure accurate stock management, reconciliation, and accountability within M-KOPA's Sekondi retail depot — supporting seamless product flow from warehouse to customer and maintaining the operational standards that make that possible.
