Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business operations, or project management roles.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse operational and performance data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities that inform decision-making.
  • Develop high-quality executive reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Track progress across key initiatives, ensuring clear visibility into performance, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
  • Run regular data quality checks, identifying inconsistencies and working with data owners to resolve issues.
  • Document metric definitions, reporting logic, and KPI structures to ensure consistency across teams.
  • Support cross-functional projects and special initiatives, building tracking systems and quantifying impact.
  • Respond to structured ad-hoc data and analysis requests from leadership and operations teams.
  • Provide meeting support, including agenda preparation, slide preparation, note-taking, and tracking of action items.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reporting systems supporting: ○ Weekly leadership updates ○ Performance scorecards ○ Monthly business reviews ○ OKR tracking Translate business needs into clear data and reporting requirements, working with BI teams to implement them effectively.
