Your Role at impact.com: We’re on the lookout for a passionate and purpose-driven Sustainability Intern to join our team at Impact.com.
With a wide range of exciting projects currently underway - including supplier sustainability assessments, carbon footprint reporting, sustainability education, employee engagement initiatives, and platform innovation - this role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate sustainability and ESG strategy.
You'll work closely with our Sustainability Program Manager, supporting the implementation and coordination of our green goals, while helping to drive engagement and meaningful impact across the business.

Requirements
- 1+ years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- This is a six month, hybird intern position.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and research on sustainability trends.
- Assist in content development for internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Help update and track tickets on our sustainability board (Jira)
- Gain exposure to global sustainability reporting frameworks and supply chain practices.
- A strong interest in climate action, ethical business, and sustainable development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, collaborative tools (Google Workspa.
