Job Description
M-KOPA is looking for a Telesales Representative – Outbound to join the Customer Retention team in Kampala. You will play a key role in driving sales growth by proactively connecting with existing customers over the phone, introducing and selling M-KOPA's innovative products, and building strong and lasting customer relationships. Your contributions will directly support the mission of making essential products and services accessible to all.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management or a related field
- At least 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment; BPO or call centre industry experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and people skills
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- High ethics and integrity in all customer interactions
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, campaign conversion goals, and daily call benchmarks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and drive repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly
- Maintain high call quality benchmarks by delivering accurate and complete information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular feedback to the Telesales Team Lead
