We're looking for a resourceful, proactive, and passionate Treasury Manager who's passionate about driving results. In this role, you'll design and implement cash flow strategies across Niger, optimize currency exchange (FX) operations, and anticipate liquidity needs to ensure our money transfer service runs smoothly and efficiently. Propose and implement cash rebalancing solutions across our agent network to optimize liquidity and enhance operational efficiency. We support working parents - we offer generous parental leave policies (26 weeks for mothers and 4 weeks for fathers) and subsidized childcare when you return to work. Possesses strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and convince stakeholders at all levels.
