Requirements
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Suite equivalents).

Responsibilities
- Step in as project lead on critical initiatives where leadership bandwidth is limited
- Provide analytical support for new business opportunities or expansion decisions
- Collaborate with the Director of Market Access and senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that align with Tupande's business objectives and improve operational efficiency
- Lead time-bound initiatives directly for the Soko MD (e.g., new product launches, investor/partner engagements, organisational restructuring)
