Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management, leadership, and people management.
- Good experience in project management (execution)
- Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, including performance tracking, course correcting, and strategy setting.
- Ability to drive commercial results (sales).
Responsibilities
- Lead the field implementation of the Uganda Vision and Strategy and drive up farmer impact in the region served
- Lead the field implementation of the Uganda Vision and Strategy and drive up farmer impact in the region served
- Identify and implement the resources, processes, and systems required to achieve the vision and strategy in the region served
- Work with the Head of Field Programs and collaborate with Leads of the different departments' programmes (Product Innovations, Commercialisation, Support Teams) and Regions to build alignment, setting objectives and plans that deliver the required programme outcomes.
