Job Description
The National Social Security Fund (NSSF Uganda) is seeking Account Managers for the Enterprise and Growth Department. The Account Manager is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of partnerships with entities that have significant subscriber bases, including mass market entities, livelihoods, and Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs). Reports to the Manager - MDAs (Ministries Departments & Agencies). Duty station: Headquarters.
Partnership Management: Manage and oversee the complete lifecycle of assigned partnerships, ensuring successful integration and ongoing partnership health.
Implementation and Oversight: Coordinate with technical teams to implement seamless systems that facilitate automated savings and member registrations through entity transactions.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly evaluate the performance of each entity partnership using specific KPIs.
Strategic Initiatives: Identify and leverage opportunities within the partner's framework to enhance recruitment efforts and increase savings contributions.
Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, relationship management and compliance management in the financial or pension sector.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
- A professional qualification in project management, Business or Finance is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the Fund.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for entities, managing all aspects of the partner relationship.
- Monitor the integration processes and ensure they comply with all contractual obligations and NSSF policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the partner organization.
- Organize and lead regular review meetings with partners to discuss performance, feedback, and potential improvements.
- Prepare and deliver reports to the supervisor and other senior stakeholders detailing partnership performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Propose and deploy new initiatives that align with the behavioural and lifestyle needs of the partner's subscriber base.
