- Provide a high level of service across the different death claim types through various communication channels to our customers, by assessing, communicating and resolving queries across the various claim types as per the multi-skilling Journey.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the assessment of claims per section 37c of the Pension Funds Act and a clear understanding of other claims within the employee benefits space..
