Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions, improve customer experience, and optimize financial performance. The role holder will work with business units including Customer Success, Risk and Compliance, Credit, Finance, and People Operations to understand data needs and translate them into BI solutions. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced computer skills including SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase.
  • Proficient at writing optimized queries on large volumes of data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience in troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Highly entrepreneurial with initiative to solve problems proactively.
  • Strong collaborator who listens to others, speaks up, and asks the right questions.

Responsibilities

  • Write optimized queries on large volumes of data using SQL, TSQL, or PLSQL.
  • Work with ETL processes and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support to employees on BI-related issues.
  • Support IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and IT systems.
  • Support the running of bank end-of-day processes and ad hoc requests as assigned.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Risk, Credit, Finance, and People Operations teams to deliver data-driven insights.
