The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) is one of Africa's most significant energy infrastructure projects, spanning approximately 1,443 km from Hoima in Uganda to the Chongoleani peninsula near Tanga port in Tanzania. EACOP is a joint venture between TotalEnergies, Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC), Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC), and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC). The project is committed to sustainable development, local content, and creating long-term value for host communities in Uganda and Tanzania.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year university student in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong academic standing (Potential Upper Second Class or equivalent)
- Available for a full-time 13-week commitment starting July 2026
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Support the Finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting tasks
- Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, and financial transactions
- Help maintain financial records and accounting documentation
- Participate in month-end closing and reconciliation activities
- Support internal and external audit preparation processes
- Assist with financial analysis and preparation of management reports
- Help monitor project expenditures against approved budgets
