The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) is one of Africa's most significant energy infrastructure projects, spanning approximately 1,443 km from Hoima in Uganda to the Chongoleani peninsula near Tanga port in Tanzania. EACOP is a joint venture between TotalEnergies, Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC), Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC), and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC). The project is committed to sustainable development, local content, and creating long-term value for host communities in Uganda and Tanzania.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year university student in Law, Community Development, Data Management, or a related field
- Strong academic standing (Potential Upper Second Class or equivalent)
- Available for a full-time 13-week commitment starting July 2026
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
- Good analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Support the Local Content team in tracking and reporting local procurement and supplier data
- Assist with database management and Excel-based reporting for local content metrics
- Help engage with local suppliers and community stakeholders
- Participate in local content audits and compliance monitoring activities
- Support the development of local content plans and strategies
- Assist in coordinating with procurement teams to identify local sourcing opportunities
- Help prepare presentations and reports on local content performance
