Requirements
- 3–4-year relevant university degree
- 6+ years relevant experience in corporate social investment or community development
- Strong writing, reporting and policy/procedure management skills
- Proven ability to create and manage change and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience in early childhood education programme management preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community affairs undertakings in line with the CSI strategy and business objectives
- Ensure high quality provision and high standards of health and safety in community programmes
- Assist Manager Social Impact in implementing and tracking the progress of projects
- Contribute to training and development of the team and supervise performance in compliance with legal/statutory regulations
- Liaise with teams, suppliers and other stakeholders; maintain accurate data, records and documentation
- Develop and govern implementation of procedures and SLCs
- Drive recreation and hospitality initiatives and align community activities with company CSI strategies
