Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Project Management, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in entrepreneurship, startups, founder support, and ecosystem-building.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, engagement, programme operations, or community-building initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage participants professionally and clearly.
  • Experience planning or supporting events, workshops, community sessions, or participant-facing experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with tracking data, participation, and progress across a programme or cohort.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Candidates must be based in Nairobi.
  • This is an in-person role, and the successful candidate will be expected to work onsite as part of the Nairobi team.
  • Legal authorisation to work in Kenya.
  • Familiarity with cohort-based programme delivery and participant engagement models.
  • Experience supporting CRM, pipeline tracking, or applicant conversion processes.
  • Exposure to founder engagement, startup ecosystems, or innovation-focused programming.
  • Experience supporting virtual communities or multi-country programme coordination.
  • Strong event hosting or event coordination experience.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and programme tracking systems.
