Estate
Projects
Officer is responsible for planning, coordiating, and delivering estate and facilities related rojects from inception to completion.
The role ensures tht projects are delivered on time, within budget, andto the required quality, safety, and compliance stanards while minimizing disruption to business operatins.
Key responsibilities include project planning and delivery, stakeholder and contractor management, compliance with building codes and HSE regulations, reporting and documentation, and continuos improvement of project delivery processes.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Managemnt, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Econoics, or a related field.
- Professional certification uch as PMP or PRINCE2 is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience manaing facilities or construction related projects.
- Exprience working in corporate, commercial, or multi sie environments.
- Good project management and organizaional skills.
- Good stakeholder and contractor manageent abilities.
- Budgeting, cost control, and negotiaton skills.
- Sound knowledge of building services and facilities operation.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- High attention to detail and compliance awareness.
