- Dashboards and monitoring tools are actively used to manage training performance.
- Persistent quality issues trigger timely and appropriate corrective action.
- Field execution of experiments is consistent enough to produce usable signals.
- Product teams receive clean, timely insights from training execution, not noisy or anecdotal feedback.
- Clear ownership exists between Product (design and analysis) and Implementation (execution)
