The Forensic Revenue Assurance Coordinator will lead fraud prevention, revenue protection, and assurance initiatives for Airtel Chad, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements to prevent revenue leakage.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, OCA, OCP, OCM, or CCNA are an asset.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Knowledge of telecom revenue assurance principles.
- Experience with database management and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular forensic audits and investigations.
- Report findings to senior management with recommendations.
- Lead initiatives to identify and prevent fraud by strengthening awareness across the organization and implementing effective detection and reporting mechanisms.
- Implement Airtel Money strategies to prevent revenue losses and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of products and services, achieving 100% revenue assurance.
