The role in a nutshell: As the Head of ALM, you will be a senior strategic leader responsible for the comprehensive management and optimization of the company's entire balance sheet to support long-term financial health and strategic decision-making. You will establish and lead the Asset Liability Management framework, providing direct oversight to the Associate Director of Treasury Risk in their first-line-of-defense capacity. Your role is pivotal in managing capital, funding, investments, and financial risks to ensure the company's stability and enable its growth.
