Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services leadership
- Proven track record in leading high-performing teams and managing affluent and high-net-worth client portfolios
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships
- Experience in positioning a private banking offering as market leader
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape the strategy for Private Clients and Private Wealth, delivering sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership
- Play a leading role in shaping the Private Banking client value proposition, influencing product design, pricing, service models, and processes
- Engage and influence key stakeholders both in-country and across the broader group including Analytics, Credit, Product, and Channels
- Set and embed a standard of unparalleled client service where responsiveness, personalisation, and excellence are non-negotiable
- Build and lead high-performing teams, driving accountability, ownership, and a strong client-first culture
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and relationship deepening with a focus on primary banking and holistic financial solutions
- Actively manage and enhance the end-to-end client journey ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all touchpoints
- Collaborate across segments and key enablement functions to ensure alignment, performance, and consistent client experience
- Oversee portfolio quality, risk, and governance ensuring sound credit practices while enabling client-centric solutions
- Use data and insights to continuously improve service delivery, client satisfaction, and business performance
