The role in a nutshell: As the Head of Treasury Operations, you will lead the team responsible for the day-to-day management of our treasury functions. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our cash management, crypto operations, and payment systems. You will play a key role in developing and implementing best-in-class treasury operations processes and controls to support our global growth. Strategic leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Treasury Operations team, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of the Treasury, Finance, Product and Engineering departments. Process automation and scaling: Drive the automation and continuous improvement of all treasury operations processes to enhance efficiency and scalability as the business grows. Cash and liquidity operations: Oversee global cash management, including forecasting, positioning, and ensuring optimal liquidity for both fiat and cryptocurrencies. Crypto-asset management: Manage the operational aspects of our crypto-asset holdings, including custody, settlements, and reconciliation, ensuring the highest level of security and control. System management: Own and optimize our Treasury Management System and other financial systems to ensure data integrity and robust reporting capabilities. Risk and control: Develop, implement, and monitor a strong internal control framework for all treasury operations to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risk.
