Requirements

• A little about you:
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. An advanced degree in a related area is preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury operations, with a significant portion at a crypto or fintech company.
• Proven experience in scaling treasury operations in a high-growth environment.
• Deep expertise in cash management, payments, and crypto-asset operations.
• Strong experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) like IT2/ Kyriba.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to think strategically while maintaining a strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• The role in a nutshell:
• As the Head of Treasury Operations, you will lead the team responsible for the day-to-day management of our treasury functions. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our cash management, crypto operations, and payment systems. You will play a key role in developing and implementing best-in-class treasury operations processes and controls to support our global growth.
• Your mission will be:
• Strategic leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Treasury Operations team, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of the Treasury, Finance, Product and Engineering departments.
• Process automation and scaling: Drive the automation and continuous improvement of all treasury operations processes to enhance efficiency and scalability as the business grows.
• Cash and liquidity operations: Oversee global cash management, including forecasting, positioning, and ensuring optimal liquidity for both fiat and cryptocurrencies.
• Crypto-asset management: Manage the operational aspects of our crypto-asset holdings, including custody, settlements, and reconciliation, ensuring the highest level of security and control.
• System management: Own and optimize our Treasury Management System and other financial systems to ensure data integrity and robust reporting capabilities.
• Risk and control: Develop, implement, and monitor a strong internal control framework for all treasury operations to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risk.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to support new product launches and ensure treasury requirements are met.
• Team development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of treasury professionals.
