Requirements
- Diploma, Level IV, or 10+3 qualification in Computer Science, Computer Maintenance and Networking, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized TVET, College, or University
- Minimum of 3 years relevant IT experience
- COC Certificate is mandatory
- Experience with networking, hardware maintenance, and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of hospitality or lodge management systems is an advantage
- Ability to work in a remote lodge environment
- Applicants must register in person at the Ethiopian Skylight Hotel Human Resources Office
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support and technical assistance to hotel and lodge operations
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
- Maintain and monitor network security and data integrity
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT inventory
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT equipment and solutions
- Ensure smooth operation of hospitality management systems and point-of-sale systems
- Provide IT training and orientation to staff as required
