Requirements

  • Experience working in learning environments, bootcamps, training programmes, or education organisations.

Responsibilities

  • Guide learners through onboarding, helping them understand programme expectations, tools, and milestones.
  • Conduct welcome calls and orientation sessions to ensure learners feel supported from day one.
  • Monitor learner engagement and progress to proactively address disengagement and improve graduation rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of community engagement, learner.
