Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Investment Clubs and SACCOs, the Manager - Investment Clubs will be responsible for developing, growing, retaining and managing a portfolio of Investment Clubs (ICs) to achieve the bank's set targets.
Initiate and build alliances and partnerships (local and international) with organizations promoting women businesses and leverage on these to provide growth opportunities.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree preferably in a business related field.
- At least five years' experience in retail banking with a sales background, with at least 3 years at a managerial level.
- Computer knowledge especially working with spreadsheets, PowerPoint and word processors.
- Good knowledge of the Bank's products, systems and personal banking objectives.
- Industry and business acumen.
- Good leadership, management, and business development skills.
- Excellent performance driving and team-building skills.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of credit processes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain existing relationships through cross selling and deep selling to enhance profitability.
- Develop an Investment Clubs segment strategy and oversee its implementation to grow the numbers.
- Manage relationships with a focus on growing and retaining existing base through referrals.
- Organize regional Investment Clubs trainings in-house and with stakeholders.
- Manage the Investment Clubs portfolio effectively to ensure performance through timely repayments, renewals, and proactive management of poorly performing facilities.
- Provide leadership to sales and branch-based teams in structuring product offerings and propositions to Investment Clubs prospects.
- Participate in the design of best practices, skills sharing approaches, and assist in product and process training to build capacity among branch and sales teams.
