As part of the Commercial team and reporting to the Head of Retail Media, this role is responsible for planning and orchestrating QC campaigns across Partnerships, Commercial, Ad Operations, and Marketing stakeholders.
The objective is to deliver impactful QC campaigns including seasonal events, product launches (new in-app media assets), regional campaigns, and other initiatives that drive sales and customer growth.
Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insight (experience with Looker, Tableau is a plus).

Responsibilities
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field related to retail, FMCG, Product and Tech
- 6-8 years of experience
- Brand Manager & trade marketing or Marketing Manager experience is a MUST
- E-commerce & FMCG or Retail experience is a MUST
- Experience working effectively with cross functional teams at all levels of management.
- Proven track record in delivering in a complex and fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence cross functionally.
- Great deal of understanding the content/e-merchandising and customer funnel
- Own the full campaign strategy and execution roadmap across Partnerships, AdOps, Commercial, and Marketing functions.
- Oversee campaign governance (trackers, timelines, reporting), ensuring discipline in execution and accountability across teams.
- Build and present campaign briefs, documentation, and post campaign reviews with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Lead cross-functional alignment, anticipating risks, and driving resolution; mentor and guide the teams
- Represent the local market in the regional team, providing feedback and ensuring best-in-class execution and adoption of campaign practices.
- Champion the adoption of new in-app product assets, ensuring integration into the campaign ecosystem and maximizing impact on visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with Partnerships and Commercial teams to design and optimize high-value campaigns for partners and seasonal peaks, balancing customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Partner with Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are seamlessly integrated into broader marketing, media, and CRM strategies.
