Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant field
• ExperienceAt least four (4) years of experience in developing and implementing marketing programs
• Personal Attributes/
• Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role
• Experience in branding, marketing, CSR initiatives
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SAP
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Tight personal organization and processes control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute in the implementation of brand/marketing strategies
• Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations.
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand visibility and awareness.
• Execute advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services.
• Execute marketing campaigns in accordance to the marketing strategy.
• Initiate the Marketing initiatives in accordance to the marketing strategy.
• Vet and coordinate all CSR initiatives and partnerships for UEDCL in accordance with the company’s CSR agenda.
• Coordinate sponsorship/promotional activities for UEDCL.
• Coordinate key company events to ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare content for the publication of brand/marketing material and oversee distribution.
• Conduct periodic and directed market research in accordance to specific guidelines.
• Act as a coordinator for the Corporate and Stakeholder Affairs department with other UEDCL departments and ensure successful outcomes.
• Measure and evaluate all marketing initiatives.
• Provide periodic reports on all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
