Parents spend hours waiting in line to pay school fees in cash.
We're solving this by building financial services that just work: no account fees, instantly available, and accepted everywhere. In places where electricity, water and roads don't always work, you can still send money with Wave. We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and people-oriented Merchant Distribution Supervisor with strong management skills. In this role, you will lead and support a team of field merchant distributors responsible for promoting the “Payez avec Wave” payment solution and driving new payer acquisition.
In this role, you'll;
Managing a team of 25-50 merchant distributors.
Monitoring daily distributors’ performance.
Giving feedback to our product team and engineers to improve the distribution process and user experience.

Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in sales & merchant distribution.
- University degree (Bac + 2 Minimum).
- Good computer skills.
- Fluent in French & English.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Working in the field energizes you, and you're eager to take on a fully field-based role.
- You bring strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
- Love owning projects - you're autonomous yet know when to escalate problems.
- Willing to go the distance to get something done.

Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new merchant distributors to ensure they can perfectly subscribe, assist, and guide users according to the company's values.
- Work closely with Territory and Regional Leads to plan distribution activities in a given area and follow up.
- Work closely with Regional leads to plan distribution activity in a given area and follow up.
- Be responsible for Payez avec Wave user acquisition in a given area.
- Be in a key position to implement Wave’s rapid growth strategy.
