Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field of study.
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about the work we do at One Acre Fund for Smallholder Farmers.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus.
- Basic data analysis skills - you can pick out patterns.
- Great learning skills, curious, and a knack for attention to detail.
- A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: You will execute recurring administrative tasks to keep recruitment operations running smoothly, ensuring 100% data accuracy in all trackers and documentation.
- Candidate Experience: You will facilitate the candidate screening process, including CV longlisting and interview scheduling, and provide professional, timely communication to ensure every candidate has the best experience.
- ATS Management: You will maintain the candidate database (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring all applicant statuses are up to date and helping extract basic data for weekly reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: In collaboration with your manager, you will assist in identifying bottlenecks in the recruitment flow and support the rollout of new tools or process updates.
- Logistics/Coordination: You will manage the logistics for interview panels, ensuring all interviewers have the necessary materials and candidates are well-briefed.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and provide operational support to the Team as required.
