About the Role Seeking an experienced professional with over 3 years of experience managing agroforestry or other field-based rural/development projects, with great team and project management skills, to help us reach more farmers & serve them with tree products. Responsibilities Delivery of Program KPI Support the successful execution of Trees field operations at state/regional level, which includes field team set up, nursery set up and management, seedling production and sales, farmer enrolment, farmer adoption and post distribution activities with the target of 100% timely completion across all. Team Management State-wide field team management, including field directors, assistant field directors, field managers, field assistants (and/or other casuals engaged at the site and nursery level), and nursery managers with a responsibility to serve a minimum of 160,000 farmers annually.
