Requirements
- Technical Competencies:

Responsibilities
- Data Analysis:
- Analyzing payments product uptake, transaction volumes, and customer behavior trends
- Identifying performance gaps and root causes across payments channels
- Reporting:
- Creating reports and dashboards that summarize findings and present them to stakeholders
- Tracking and reporting on KPIs for payments products (mobile money, cards, digital banking, agency)
- Preparing executive-level performance summaries and recommendations
- Product Performance Monitoring:
- Monitoring the performance of transactional banking products in real-time
- Identifying underperforming products and channels and recommending corrective actions
- Conducting A/B testing and experimentation to optimize product offerings
- Strategic Support:
- Providing data-driven insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Supporting regulatory compliance reporting and analytics
- Collaborating with product managers, business teams, and technology to align on priorities
- Translating complex data findings into actionable business recommendations
