Job Description
BURN is looking for a Production Supervisor who will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This role is responsible for driving team performance, improving operational efficiency, and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement on the production floor.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in a production supervisor role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of electronics.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (added advantage).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with QC to troubleshoot causes of quality issues on the line.
- Ensure output meets hourly targets and all operators work to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Work closely with team leaders to manage and support night shifts where necessary.
- Ensure daily operations are updated in the appropriate systems and logs.
- Drive continuous improvement actions to improve productivity, safety, and quality.
- Maintain proper 5S standards in the factory.
- Create production orders and conduct stock takes for all finished goods and raw materials on the production floor.
- Manage warehouse operators and liaise with the maintenance team to ensure fast response to breakdowns.
