Job Description
BURN is looking for a Quality Team Leader whose role will be crucial in ensuring that products meet or exceed established quality standards. This position involves leading a team of quality assurance professionals and overseeing various aspects of the quality management process on the assembly floor.
Measure and analyse quality in the assembly line including incoming quality control on raw materials, products, and kits, finished goods quality control, and in-process quality control.

Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Attentive to detail.

- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are adhered to on the assembly floor at all times.
- Hire and train a team of casuals on their daily tasks and workstation allocation.
- Generate and share daily and monthly assembly and quality reports including corrective actions.
- Oversee any rework required on electric cookers and cookware.
- Ensure proper segregation of non-conforming materials and products.
- Liaise with local suppliers when supplies don't meet quality standards.
- Ensure all safety protocols are observed on the assembly floor.
