Requirements
- University Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field from a recognised university
- Minimum 5 years experience in Banking, Customer Relationship Management, Credit, or Sales Management
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong analytical skills, independent problem-solving ability, and prompt decision-making
- Knowledge of trade finance, structured finance, and cross-border banking products
Responsibilities
- Originate, structure, and place trade facilities of a structured nature for value chain clients
- Drive growth and development of value chain account relationships including off-balance sheet items, trade-related loans, and structured trade finance
- Drive income growth from value chain relationships and segment to maximise revenue
- Grow cross-border relationships with multinational, regional, and global companies to drive value chain business
- Provide value chain mapping across major sectors to develop bankable links and drive account relationships
- Identify and develop a risk framework for the value chain segment while ensuring adherence to laid-out risk procedures
- Support trade finance procedure refinement in consultation with the Senior Manager, Trade Finance and Treasury
