Job Description

M-KOPA is hiring a Senior Analytics Manager - Customer Behaviour for their team in Ghana. If you have spent years building predictive models to understand customer behaviour, M-KOPA will teach you how to apply that thinking to credit decisions. Your models will unlock financial inclusion for millions across Africa. Most of M-KOPA's 7 million customers have no traditional credit history, yet the company has unlocked over $2 billion in credit. Your challenge: build predictive models using alternative data to determine who gets their first smartphone, their first formal loan, and their first real opportunity to build financial security. This is a hybrid role based in Accra.
