The role is heavily focused on manufacturing, planning, and advanced warehouse modules, ensuring system efficiency, data integrity, and seamless cross-functional integration.

Requirements
- Understanding and experience with Business Central from V13 through to the current V27.
- Functional process, administration, and entry-level development knowledge of MS Business Central.
- Understanding of basic SQL.
- Familiarity with NAV project documentation using the Sure Step methodology.
- Understanding of version control in NAV development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Certification (added advantage).
Responsibilities
- Lead support and new module implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Assist in integration developments and support.
- Handle JET reports support for users.
- Update and maintain the ERP Issue Tracker.
- Assist in preparing information and research materials and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
- Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files.
- Head of ERP, the position plays a critical role in strengthening ERP performance, supporting users, and driving continuous system improvements.
- Be the lead for Manufacturing, Planning, and Advanced Warehouse modules — covering configuration, deployment, training, support, development, and documentation.
- Document ERP user manuals and maintain all system change logs and upgrade tasks per SOP and ERP Documentation templates.
