Requirements

• First degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent.
• Master's Degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in Advanced analytics, Software Development and Data Science related projects.
• Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies is advantageous.
• Detailed working experience of data governance and standards.
• Training in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Data Analysis.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies and Data Warehousing.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Software development and management capabilities.
• System analysis, design and integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop data driven pricing mechanisms.
• Support in budget planning and execution.
• Design and implement modern Data APIs for internal and external data access.
• Develop automated reporting and dynamic dashboards.
• Perform advanced analytics and data modelling.
• Drive business engagement with leaders to support high-quality data-driven decisions.
• Implement advanced ETL and analytics use-case development including machine learning models.
• Identify useful data and extend advanced analytics use-cases to the entire company through BI teams.
• Prepare long-term evolution plans for data analytics projects developed in-house.
• Innovate and advance on existing data infrastructure as business use cases emerge.
• Develop data-marts used for building reporting automation and development of dashboards.
• Coach, develop and motivate staff through mentorship and employee engagement projects.
