Job Description
The Khana Group (FieldWorkz) is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of the existing data intelligence platform. This role will focus on stabilising, optimising, and scaling the current system into a secure, high-performance, enterprise-grade data platform supporting businesses, NGOs, and governments across Africa. Remuneration: NGN 700,000 - 1,000,000 Net per month.
Backend Architecture: Design and implement scalable backend systems that support dashboards, analytics tools, and client portals.
Database Design: Design relational and non-relational databases optimised for analytics and large datasets.
API Integrations: Build secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs for frontend and third-party integrations.
Data Security & Compliance: Implement encryption for data in transit and at rest.
5 or more years of experience in full-stack development. Strong backend expertise in Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks. Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of system architecture and scalable SaaS platforms. Experience building secure data-driven applications is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Develop secure authentication systems with role-based access controls.
