Job Description
BPR Bank Rwanda, a KCB Group subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Manager Credit Analysis to oversee the review and sanctioning of credit facilities, monitor the Retail and Corporate credit portfolio, and supervise the credit analysis team. The role ensures compliance with approval conditions, accurate management reporting, and alignment of credit policy with market requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management or any business-related field (Required)
- Master's degree (Added Advantage)
- 5 years of experience in Credit, commercial and general banking
Responsibilities
- Review credit appraisals and sanction facilities within credit approval limits
- Monitor the granting of Retail and Corporate loans and advances by the credit analysis team
- Monitor the performance of the Retail and Corporate credit portfolio to ensure approval conditions are complied with
- Ensure that management reports on Retail and Corporate credits are accurate and produced on time
- Monitor market developments to ensure that the credit policy is constantly revised to meet market requirements
- Ensure that risks associated with new Retail and Corporate products are identified and adequately mitigated
- Provide support to Branch Managers and the sales team to ensure customer queries are adequately responded to
- Supervise the Retail and Corporate credit analysis team
- Review portfolio performance at early vintage stage
- Appraisal of credit applications
- Approval of credit applications within delegated credit approval limits
- Participate in different bank statutory meetings
- Supervise the credit analysis team and credit department in the absence of the Head of Credit
