Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university; Master's in Business Administration is an added advantage
- Minimum 7 years total work experience
- 5 years in proactive selling in education or related field (required)
- 5 years in Credit Underwriting and Customer Relationship Management (essential)
- 2 years in Banking Operations; Project Management and Business Research experience are added advantages
- Professional qualification in Project Management or a business field is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the MSME strategy for the Education sector in alignment with the Retail Division and overall MSME ecosystem agenda
- Drive growth by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and ensuring strategic alignment across internal stakeholders and delivery channels
- Oversee and develop the Education MSME team, ensuring appropriate resourcing, capability building, and high performance
- Collaborate with product, digital, and marketing teams to design competitive sector-specific financial solutions
- Ensure strong risk management and compliance with regulatory, prudential, and AML/KYC/CFT standards relevant to the Education portfolio
- Develop and manage the Education sector budget and financial targets
- Monitor sector financial performance, identify variances, and drive corrective action; prepare timely sector performance reports
